1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The website www.voxelwatches.com is operated by VOXEL WATCHES, located at 88 Boulevard des Belges, Lyon, France.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, as well as all purchases and pre-orders placed through it.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. PRODUCTS
VOXEL WATCHES takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images displayed on the website are accurate.
However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and packaging may vary.
All products are subject to availability. VOXEL WATCHES reserves the right to modify or discontinue a product, limit the quantities available, or correct any error or omission without prior notice.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Any applicable shipping costs, taxes or duties will be indicated during checkout whenever applicable.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Orders and pre-orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and an order confirmation has been sent.
VOXEL WATCHES reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, a payment issue, incorrect information, a pricing error or product unavailability. If payment has already been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

4. PRE-ORDERS
Certain VOXEL products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.
The estimated delivery period for each pre-order will be stated on the relevant product page or during checkout. MERIDION pre-orders are currently expected to be delivered around February 2027.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, quality-control, logistics or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be informed using the contact details provided with their order.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Limited editions, early-access allocations and complimentary products are subject to availability and the specific conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent VOXEL WATCHES from cancelling it in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product unavailability.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping and contact information provided is complete and accurate.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping destinations, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or on our Shipping and Delivery page.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
VOXEL WATCHES remains responsible for the order until it is physically received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact VOXEL WATCHES promptly if the parcel or product appears damaged, incomplete or incorrect.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must contact VOXEL WATCHES at contact@voxelwatches.com before the end of the 14-day period and clearly state their decision to return the order.
The product must then be returned within 14 days of this notification, together with all accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, they may be held responsible for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
The direct cost of returning a product following a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Customised, personalised or engraved products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except where the product is defective or does not conform to the order.

8. REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of being informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. VOXEL WATCHES may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
The original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional cost resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
VOXEL WATCHES reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the product’s value caused by excessive or inappropriate handling.

9. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery or does not correspond to the order, the customer must contact VOXEL WATCHES at [CONTACT EMAIL] and provide the order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where appropriate.
In these circumstances, VOXEL WATCHES will cover the reasonable return costs and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Products purchased by consumers benefit from the applicable French legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity. These statutory rights are separate from and unaffected by any additional commercial warranty offered by VOXEL WATCHES.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, unauthorised repairs and damage caused by failure to follow the product’s care or operating instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. WEBSITE USE
The website may only be used for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, misuse another person’s account or use the website for fraudulent purposes.
VOXEL WATCHES reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where these Terms and Conditions have been violated.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the website, including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, videos, text, designs, graphics and layouts, is owned by or licensed to VOXEL WATCHES.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from VOXEL WATCHES.

12. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or delivery.
VOXEL WATCHES reserves the right to correct such information and, where necessary, cancel an affected order. If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a full refund.

13. LIABILITY
VOXEL WATCHES will not be liable for indirect losses resulting from the use or temporary unavailability of the website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the statutory rights of consumers or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
